Lauren Sullivan is a High School Mathematics Teacher and the Lead Teacher for the High School. She also is a senior class sponsor and one of the Co-Vice Presidents for the Tapestry PTO.
Originally from New Jersey, Lauren moved to Atlanta with her husband in 2014. This will be her 9th year at Tapestry, and she is beyond thrilled to be teaching high school mathematics to such a wonderful and diverse group of students. Lauren earned her undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the University of Connecticut and completed an Inclusive Teaching Program at Georgian Court University. Lauren previously co-taught middle school math at a charter school in New York City and has been tutoring students of all ages in both math and science for over 10 years. Outside of school, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and her 2 young children. She also enjoys traveling to the beach, reading and the performing arts. Lauren is thankful that she has the opportunity to be a part of the amazing Tapestry community and is looking forward to another great school year.
