Tapestry 12th grade student Matthew Hall was selected as the winner of the Artist Spotlight Songwriter and Producer contest. After being nominated by Tapestry Music Teacher Matt Miller, Matthew was selected from among a very competitive group of Atlanta-area high school students who write songs and produce beats. Matthew has composed music in various styles for the past few years and was a student in Mr. Miller’s music technology class when he won the contest. The prize for winning the contest included an 8-hour studio session with famed producer OG Parker, who has worked with the likes of Chris Brown and Migos, and a consultation with a national music music executive. Congratulations Matthew!!!
