Please follow the steps listed below to withdraw your student from Tapestry Public Charter School for the current school year.
Step 1: Email enroll@tapestrycharter.org that you intend to withdraw your student. Attach a photo ID for verification of student parent/guardianship.
Step 2: Complete the electronic withdrawal form: https://forms.gle/M6joxZvZEL8XTVrY7
Step 3: Return Chromebook and any other school property to Tapestry.
Please request that your student’s new school submit an official records request to Tapestry by emailing enroll@tapestrycharter.org. If you are planning to homeschool, you must declare with the GADOE. Please email a copy of the declaration to enroll@tapestrycharter.org.
