Hi! My name is Austin McGrew-Haynes. I am looking forward to my role as Inclusion Facilitator for TPCS. I am a graduate of Baylor University where I received my Master of Science in Education in Educational Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I am also starting my third year in my Doctor of Education in Special Education at the University of Florida. I have spent the last 5 years working closely with children on the autism spectrum as a Registered Behavior Technician, and I am now a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) candidate.
I absolutely love what I do day in and day out. I am passionate about ensuring that my students all feel seen, appreciated, heard, and cared for. Inclusion to me looks like meeting each and every student where they are to help them succeed both in the classroom as well as in the community.
In my free time, I love spending time with my partner and pups—Kent and Reya. I also love going to concerts and spending time with my friends and family!
