Who We Are
Tapestry Clayton is a new campus, but our culture is rooted in something that has been built over more than a decade at Tapestry DeKalb. We know what kind of school we want to be because we have seen it work.
What We Are Building
We are building a school where students feel safe to take risks, where learning differences are met with support rather than frustration, and where every student is known by name and by strength.
We are building a community where neurotypical students and students with learning differences learn side by side, and where that experience makes everyone stronger.
Social-Emotional Learning
Social-emotional learning is woven into the daily life of a Tapestry school. Through advisory, through PEERS, through the way adults talk to and about students, we model and teach the skills students need to manage their emotions, build relationships, and navigate difficulty with resilience.
Clayton Titan Identity
Tapestry Clayton students are Titans. We are starting a tradition, and we are starting it right. What it means to be a Titan at Clayton will be shaped by the students, families, and staff who walk through our doors in year one. We hope you are among them.
