- Authorization to Carry Prescription Inhaler, Epi-Pen, or Insulin
Medication Policy
All medications administered at school must have a completed Authorization for Administration of Meds at School form on file. Students may carry certain medications (inhalers, epi-pens, insulin) with a completed authorization form. Please contact the clinic for details.
Immunization Requirements
Georgia law requires students to meet immunization requirements before attending school. Current DCSD immunization requirements are available from the clinic and on the DeKalb County School District website.
